Main features
The VXtrack dynamic tracking module is an essential component of TRUaccuracy™ technology, which guarantees maximum accuracy. The VXtrack module can be used in conjunction with the double-chamber C-Track optical sensor to simultaneously and continuously measure positions and orientations in space with high precision, which enables controlling movements, directing assembly processes or measuring deformations.
When combined with the Handyprobe CMM without arm, VXTrack offers a complete portable three-dimensional measurement solution that provides probe inspection and dynamic measurement capabilities. In addition, the probe is very useful for aligning parts with respect to a given reference by means of a group of reflectors, which enables monitoring movement or deformation in real time.
The VXTrack module has a large number of applications, including robot calibration and guidance, monitoring of complex assembly processes, real-time compensation of errors generated by machining tools and monitoring of deformations during tests.
Advantages of the VXtrack Dynamic Tracking Module – TRUaccuracy™ technology, which guarantees maximum precision in both the laboratory and the factory.
– Simultaneous measurement of the reflector assembly, which makes it possible to achieve a greater accuracy of 6DoF (position and orientation).
– A complete dynamic inspection and measurement solution that integrates the portable HandyPROBE CMM, which is compatible with the CMM optical 3D scanner MetraSCAN – passive reflectors (wireless), affordable and ultra light (<1 g) available with adhesive or magnetic attachment and fully compatible with photogrammetric measurements (to be restored with a global measurement in case of large equipment).

ROBMILL, in its standard configuration, is a machining solution based on a turntable and a high performance robot. Its monoblock structure allows the assembly to have high rigidity and stability. This central control integrates a CNC that makes it a completely innovative solution that has far superior features than what is offered in this type of format. The solution is configurable and can be adapted to different market solutions; all kinds of machining, deburring, cutting, polishing, etc.
